Body Measurement Guide
Accurate measurements are the key to finding clothes that fit perfectly
Before You Start
- • Use a flexible fabric tape measure (not a rigid metal one)
- • Wear lightweight, form-fitting clothing or measure over underwear
- • Stand naturally — don't hold your breath or tense up
- • Take each measurement twice and use the average for accuracy
- • Ask someone to help with hard-to-reach measurements

Chest / Bust
Men & Women- 1Stand upright with arms relaxed at your sides.
- 2Wrap a flexible tape measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- 3For men, measure across the nipple line and under the armpits.
- 4For women, wear a non-padded bra and measure across the fullest part of the bust.
- 5Keep the tape snug but not tight, and parallel to the ground.
- 6Read the measurement at the point where the tape overlaps.
💡 Tip: Take a deep breath and then exhale normally before measuring for the most accurate fit.

Waist
Men & Women- 1Stand straight with your feet together.
- 2Find your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso.
- 3This is typically above the hip bones and below the ribcage.
- 4Wrap the tape measure around your waist at this point.
- 5Keep the tape snug (you should be able to slide a finger under it).
- 6Don't suck in your stomach; stand naturally.
💡 Tip: Bend to one side to find your natural waist crease — that's where to measure.

Hips
Women- 1Stand with your feet together.
- 2Find the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
- 3Wrap the tape measure around this point.
- 4Keep the tape parallel to the ground.
- 5Make sure it's snug but not compressing.
💡 Tip: Stand in front of a mirror to ensure the tape is level all the way around.

Inseam
Men & Women- 1Stand straight with shoes off.
- 2Place the tape at the crotch seam (where the inner leg seams meet).
- 3Measure straight down to the bottom of the ankle bone.
- 4For pants length preference, measure to where you want the hem to fall.
- 5It helps to have someone assist with this measurement.
💡 Tip: You can also measure a pair of well-fitting pants — lay them flat and measure the inner leg seam.

Foot Length
Everyone- 1Place a piece of paper on a hard floor against a wall.
- 2Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
- 3Mark the longest point of your foot on the paper.
- 4Measure the distance from the wall to the mark.
- 5Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
- 6Measure at the end of the day when feet are slightly swollen.
💡 Tip: Always measure while standing. Feet expand under body weight and after walking.
